With a Telephone Support Only (TSO) agreement in force, you and your staff can call Banner Security at any time, 24/7 for technical support for an unlimited number of minutes and calls during the term of the agreement.

This support is limited to assistance telephonically and by remote terminal control only...no on-site service or hardware repairs without authorization and additional charges.

However, clients with the TSO will receive our Preferred Customer Discounts on all parts and services ordered, new systems and expansions, as well as priority in service dispatch.
