As the name implies, for some clients, the preferred method of performing service is on a Time and Material basis. Using this option, you will receive a service call at the earliest time possible, second to our contract and warranty clients. The technician shall perform the service and you will be invoiced based on the technical time deployed from portal to portal as to the time of the day and week, and the actual parts and materials used.
These
repairs are warranted for 90 days for the parts and workmanship,
excluding damage caused by abuse or Acts of God such as lightning,
storms, etc. Telephone support is not available to
non-warranty or non-contract clients. |
