With the On-Call Support (OCS) agreement, clients can budget their routine service costs while assuring rapid response and 24/7 telephonic support in one package.

Banner will repair or replace, at its' option, an item determined to be not working properly.  The plan allows for an indefinite number of service calls during normal business hours, after hours and weekends invoiced separately at a flat pre-determined rate regardless of time required.  Parts & telephone support are included.

This plan does not, however, include inspections, any scheduled maintenance, repairs due to Acts of God or abuse, yet will be repaired and invoiced at the current rate and prices.
