The ultimate in service plans, the ENTERPRISE SERVICE AGREEMENT includes all facets of the Telephone Support Only and On-Call Support agreements AND;

  • 1. Guaranteed same day response for all service requests called in prior to 10AM on normal business days.

  • 2.   Pays YOU $100.00 if you do not receive the service the same day as outlined in item 1 above.
  • 3.  Annual inspections and every device covered in the agreement.
  • 4.  Complete test and inspection reports by device and location.
  • 5.  AutoCAD drawings of all system components.
